Hosting & Servers
We help you choose the right home for your system: shared hosting, a private server, a full cloud, or a server at your own premises, based on your users and how sensitive your data is.
How many people use the system at the same time?
The most important factor is the number of simultaneous users, then the weight of the work (reports, files, attachments), then how sensitive the data is. Move the slider to see the right option.
Shared hosting
Under 50 usersWebsites and small systems
Best for youVirtual private server
50 – 200 usersMost company systems
Best for youPowerful server or cloud
200 – 1000 usersLarge systems
Best for youFull cloud
Over 1000 usersVery large and national systems
Best for youA virtual private server is the right starting point for most systems, and it can move to the cloud as you grow. The server comes empty, so we install a control panel such as cPanel or CloudPanel, and the cost is set in the quotation for each client.
An on-premise server at your site
A server owned by your organisation, kept at your premises or in a data centre, running your system and reachable over the internet from anywhere, just like a cloud.
Basic requirements
You buy the server and place it in a specialised data centre that provides power, cooling and internet for a monthly fee.
Cloud or on-premise server?
What we usually recommend
Private companies
A virtual private server (VPS) is the best start, with room to upgrade later.
Government bodies
A dedicated server of their own, on-premise or in a data centre inside the country, with off-site backup.
Always
One system per client on its own server, so no system is affected by another one’s problems.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what clients ask us most before signing.
We design websites, build custom management systems, provide hosting and server setup, and offer technical support and maintenance.
Yes. We study your needs first, then design the system around the way you work instead of forcing a ready-made product.
Yes. Systems and websites can be built in one language or both, as you prefer.
It depends on the size. Simple websites take a few weeks, larger systems take longer, and we state the exact timeline in our quotation.
Based on the scope, number of users and hosting type. We send a detailed quotation once we understand your requirements.
Yes: hosting or running the server, yearly domain renewal, plus maintenance and support as agreed in the contract.
As agreed: on a cloud server in a chosen country, or on a local server at your premises. Government bodies often require data to stay in the country, and we provide that.
Yes, through encryption (SSL certificate), firewalls, user permissions, strong passwords and daily backups.
Your data always belongs to you and is handed over in full on request. Ownership of the source code is set in the contract.
We restore the system from the latest backup. On the cloud this takes hours; on a local server it depends on having a replacement machine.
At least daily, with weekly and monthly copies kept, one of them outside the building.
That depends on the server, not the system, and the server can be upgraded later without rebuilding the system.
Usually one working day, plus up to two days for the domain switch to settle. The old server is never cancelled before the new one is confirmed working.
Yes. The system works in any browser on computers and phones, and access can be restricted to specific locations.
If the server is local, it works inside the building over the internal network even when the outside internet is down.
Yes, through APIs, if the other systems support them.
Yes. We train users at handover and provide a user guide.
Fixing issues, security updates, monitoring backups and answering user questions, as set out in the contract.
On the cloud, usually not. With a local server, a technician or a maintenance contract with the contractor is recommended.
Yes. The system is built to grow, and new features are added under a separate agreement.
